Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi "When the Kundalini rises one can feel easily the cool breeze coming out of one’s fontanelle bone area on top of one’s head... One has to understand that this Kundaliniis not fully established. In ordinally mechanical language we can say that the connection is not established. One has to work it out."
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

"Joy is inexhaustible. I want you all to enjoy. Drink that nectar of your Spirit." Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

Yoga means union, between the Atma (Soul) and the All-pervading Divine Power. Sahaja Yoga is the divine path to obtain this union. Therefore it can’t be any cult nor can it be a money making organization or a blind faith. Furthermore it is neither a theory nor a philosophy. Sahaja Yoga is a living process, a unique happening, which gives us a new form of awareness.

To established oneself in this new awareness we must learn the following:

     - How to meditate;

     - How to be in thoughtless awareness;

     - How to support and raise our Kundalini;

     - How to cleanse our chakras;

     - How to balance our channels of energy;

     - How to find where the problem is;

     - How to be a joyful, loving personality and more;

In order to learn all about it and to gain the full benefits of Self Realization and Sahaja Yoga you need to meditate regularly (about 10-15 minutes every morning and evening) and attendthe follow-up programs. In these programs experienced Sahaja Yogis can explain this simple method of meditation and help you develop your own experience. All Sahaja Yoga courses are always free of charge (except sometimes a humble payment to cover the hall expenses). All that is needed from you is an open scientific mind and a sincere desire to know the truth.
